With all the activities now complete with the sale of the unit, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you both and your staff in the support provided during the sale of the property and prior to this, the support provided as the property managers.

As you may recall during our initial discussion, I was quite frustrated due to having experienced a significant amount of problems with property managers and it was therefore refreshing to speak to someone who took great pride in their work and would treat my property with respect and not treat me as a number.
